  1. 1 T. dried minced garlic

  2. 1 T. dried rosemary-crushed

  3. 1 T. dried oregano

  4. 2 teas. dried basil

  5. 1 teas. crushed red pepper flakes

  6. 1/2 teas. salt

  7. 1/2 teas.cracked black pepper

  8. 1 T. water

  9. 1/2 c. olive oil

  10. 2 T. shredded Parmesan cheese --

  1. In a small bowl,combine the first seven ingredients and store in an airtight container. For dipping oil, use 1/3 of the dried mix and mix it in a microwave safe dish with 1 T. water. Microwave on high for 15 seconds,stir and drain the remaining water off. Transfer to a shallow dish and mix with the olive oil. Let sit about 10 minutes before eating,then top with the Parmesan cheese. Tear off pieces of the baguette and dip in the oil mixture.
