  1. Paneer (Cubes ) - 1 Cup

  2. Cashew nuts - 3 Tbsp

  3. Oil - 2 Tbsp

  4. Cloves - 2 no

  5. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp

  6. Cardamom - 1

  7. Cinnamon - 1 (1/2 inch piece)

  8. (Green) chillies - to taste

  9. Onion (chopped) - 1 cup

  10. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

  11. Pepper Powder - to taste

  12. Milk - 1 Cup

  13. Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste

  14. Salt - to taste

  15. Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp

  1. In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil when it is hot add paneer and fry till golden in color. Then remove paneer from pan and set them aside. In the same pan add cashew nuts and fry till they are nice and golden. Remove them and set aside.

  2. Add again 1 Tbsp oil in the same pan, fry cloves, cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnamon for 30 secs. Then add green chillies fry for 30 secs. Add in the onion and pinch of salt mix well and cover to cook till the onion is nice and soft but still white. (take care not to brown the onion.

  3. Blend all the roasted ingredients except paneer till you get a smooth paste. Add in the paste into the pan followed by pepper powder, coriander powder and cook for 5 mins.

  4. Add sugar, salt, fenugreek leaves, milk and paneer. Bring it to a boil and turn off the heat. Serve with roti, nan, paratha or any indian Bread.
