  1. 1 cauliflower , broken in florets and blanched

  2. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  3. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

  4. 2 cardamom pods

  5. 1 clove garlic , grated

  6. 1 knob butter

  7. 1 knob ginger , grated

  8. 1 tbsp oil

  9. 1 lemon

  1. Pre-heat a frying pan, add the spices and toast until they release their aroma. Grind in a pestle and mortar.

  2. Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan add the garlic and ginger then the spices.

  3. Mix well to form a paste then add in the cauliflower and toss to coat.

  4. Squeeze over the lemon and serve.
