  1. 4 (1/2" thick) salmon fillets

  2. 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic paste

  5. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat broiler or prepare and preheat grill. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on broiler pan. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and brush over salmon.

  2. Broil for 4 minutes, then brush with more sauce and broil for 2 minutes longer, until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Or, oil grill rack, then add salmon. Grill for 4-5 minutes until salmon releases from the grill. Turn, brush with more sauce, and grill for 4-6 minutes until salmon flakes when tested with fork.
