  1. 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

  2. 4 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese

  3. 4 teaspoons plain yogurt

  4. 2 teaspoons minced onion

  5. Dash white pepper

  6. 4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 2 inches thick

  7. 1 large clove garlic, halved

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided

  9. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

  1. Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and white pepper; reserve.

  2. Rub each side of steaks with garlic. Place steaks on broiler pan, broil 5 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Turn and broil 4 to 6 minutes longer for medium. Season with an additional 1/4 teaspoon salt. Top each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese topping. Broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes to melt topping. Garnish with parsley.
