  1. 10 ounces Frozen spinach, thawed

  2. 4 ounces Cream cheese

  3. cup Sour cream

  4. cup Mild salsa

  5. 2 Green onions, chopped

  6. 1 Garlic clove, minced

  7. teaspoon Salt

  8. teaspoon Pepper

  1. Drain spinach; squeeze dry. In food processor, pure spinach, cheese, sour cream, salsa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until thickened slightly. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
