  1. 1 each Onion, chopped

  2. 2 eaches Garlic cloves finely chopped

  3. 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil

  5. 3 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets

  6. 3 tablespoons Vegetable stock

  7. 3 tablespoons White wine vinegar

  8. 2 teaspoons Paprika

  9. 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground

  10. 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  1. Saute the onion, garlic & bell pepper in oil for 3 minutes. They should all be slightly softened. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover & simmer until the cauliflower is tender, no longer than 10 minutes. Ser e immediately.
