  5. 1/2 tbsp Freshly Minced Garlic

  6. 1 tbsp Chopped shallot

  7. 1 tbsp Chopped lemon grass

  8. 2 tbsp Chopped red chili

  9. 1 tbsp

  1. Trim and cut prawns into halves lengthwise. Spread seasoning mix on prawn meat evenly.

  2. Line a flat-bottomed frying pan with a piece of foil. Arrange prawns on it. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until done. [No need to add water or oil.]
