  1. 1 lb. ground pork

  2. 1 c. chopped scallions

  3. 1 egg per person

  4. Optional - peas, bean sprouts

  1. Mix in eggs, pork and scallions and optional bean sprouts and-or peas to desired amount.

  2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

  3. Place dish in the middle of a wok full of boiling water.

  4. Steam until pork is cooked. No pink spots are wanted. The egg will turn yellow.
