  8. 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

  9. 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

  10. 1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  11. 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Apricot Chicken and Snow Peas Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 3 minutes. Add the snow peas, preserves, water, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, mustard and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and vegetables are tender. Serve with rice. Yield: 1 serving.
