  1. 1/3 cup(s) sesame seeds

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour

  3. 1 egg white

  4. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Asian sesame oil

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  6. 4 (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  7. 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil

  8. 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine

  1. Mix sesame seeds and flour. Beat egg white with sesame oil and salt. Dip chicken breasts into egg white, letting excess drip off, coat with sesame seed mixture.

  2. Heat oil and butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Serve with our Sesame Ginger Noodles .
