  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 2 Garlic

  4. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  5. 1 cup 237ml Water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Lemon juice

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vinegar

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mustard -

  1. Fry the onions and garlic in the oil until clear.

  2. Stir all the above until mixed and simmer approx.

  3. hour.

  4. This is an old family recipe about 50 years old it is delicious with any type of meat.
