  2. 225 g chopped celery

  3. 1 pepper, chopped

  4. 1 onion, chopped

  5. 225 g breakfast sausage

  6. 2 garlic cloves, finely diced

  7. 225 g cream cheese

  8. 70 g freshly chopped parsley leaves

  9. 1 tbsp hot sauce

  10. 56 g bread crumbs

  11. 20 Anaheim or Poblano peppers, cut in

  1. Stuffed peppers 1) In a saute pan over medium-high heat add the oil. Once heated add the celery, bell peppers and onion and saute for about 8 minutes. Add sausage and garlic and brown. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Take off heat and stir in parsley, hot sauce and bread crumbs. Let cool.

  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

  3. Stuff peppers with vegetable and cheese mixture and bake for 15 minutes or grill until char develops.
