  1. 1/2 kg beef

  2. 1 large onion,

  3. 1 x 230 g can water

  4. 1 cup broccoli and cauliflower, cut into small

  5. 1 carrot, cut into thin cup red or green capsicum,

  6. 1 tablespoon curry Garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed

  7. 1 x 400 mL can light coconut

  8. 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons brown Rice or

  1. Place curry powder, sugar, cornflour, garlic and coconut milk into a mixing bowl and stir well.

  2. Add shredded beef to hot wok or large fr ypan.

  3. Just cook and remove. Add onions to pan and stir around for a minute or so.

  4. Add all other vegetables. Stir until slightly softened.

  5. Add cooked meat then pour over curry mixture. Stir through while sauce thickens slightly.

  6. Serve with boiled rice or pasta.
