  1. 1 box(es) Campari Tomatoes

  2. 1 loaf(s) Potato Bread

  3. 3 ounce(s) Applewood Smoked Bacon

  4. 1 cup(s) Mayonnaise

  5. 1 tablespoon(s) Fresh Basil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic

  7. 1/8 cup(s) Key Lime Juice

  1. Cook the bacon until lightly crispy, cool and reserve. Chop the basil coarsely. Chop the bacon. Place Mayo, basil, bacon, lime juice and garlic into a food processor and pulse until bacon pieces are small. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes, (you should get about 5-6 slices per tomato). Cut the bread into circles using a round cutter about 1 1/2 inches across (you should try to get 6 pieces out of each slice.) Place the bread on a platter for serving and then a small amount of the mayo mix top with a slice of tomato. serve as a passed appetizer at a cocktail party. It is like a fresh, mini BLT only with basil
