  1. 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

  2. 1 teaspoon paprika

  3. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground celery seeds

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  8. 4 (4 oz) farm raised cat fish fillets )

  9. 1/4 cup skim milk

  10. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or any you prefer

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.

  2. Dip fillets in milk; dredge in cornmeal mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.

  4. Add fillets ; cook 3 minutes on each side.
