  1. Oil 2 Tablespoon (For frying)

  2. Onion 1 Large , diced

  3. Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , chopped

  4. Curry powder 2 Tablespoon

  5. Tomatoes 2 Medium , chopped

  6. Potatoes 2 Medium , chopped

  7. Red beans 1 Can (10 oz)

  8. Cauliflower florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  9. 12 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced into 1-inch pieces

  10. Red chillies 3 Small , chopped

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a pan heated with some oil saute the onions and garlic.

  2. Add Indian curry powder and saute and add the tomatoes. Add 1/2 cup of water and continue to cook untill the tomatoes are soft.

  3. Add the red beans, chopped potatoes, carrots and cauliflower along with chopped red chilies. Cover and cook closed for about 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. SERVING 4. Serve warm with roti and salad.
