  1. 2 eggs

  2. 3 cloves of garlic minced fine

  3. 1 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  4. 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

  5. 1 cup peanut oil

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and and puree, slowly stream in oil so it will emulsify. Season to taste with more salt and white pepper if desired. Keep refrigerated, and this will last for 2 to 3 days.
