  2. 1 sheet frozen puff pastry -- thawed

  3. 4 1/2 ounces packaged instant chocolate pudding

  4. 1 cup sour cream

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. 1 cup confectioner's sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon milk

  8. 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate -- melted

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut pastry into 4 strips, 2 1/2- inches wide. Cut each strip crosswise into thirds. On an ungreased baking sheet, arrange strips and bake until done. Prepare pudding according to package directions, substituting sour cream for 1 cup milk. Cut pastry rectangles in half, making a top and a bottom. Spoon pudding on bottom half and top with the other. Blend sugar and milk until spreading consistency. Spread on top and drizzle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
