  1. 1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

  2. 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

  3. 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce

  4. 4 bone-in pork chops ,

  5. 1/2 inch thick (about 5 oz. each)

  6. 1/2 cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix

  7. 2 cans (8 oz. each) pineapple slice s, drained

  8. 3 cups hot cooked rice

  9. 2 cups hot cooked peas

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix barbecue sauce, green onion and soy sauce; spread evenly onto chops. Measure 1/2 cup coating mix; place in shallow dish. Coat both sides of chops with coating mix.

  2. PLACE pineapple in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chops.

  3. BAKE 30 minutes or until chops are cooked through (165°F). Serve with rice and peas.
