  1. 1 Chicken - split in half

  2. 6 Garlic - minced

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Finely minced ginger

  4. Zest from 2 limes - minced

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Fresh lime juice

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Olive oil

  7. 1/3 cup 78ml Hoisin sauce

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Rice wine or dry sherry

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Thin soy sauce

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Asian chili sauce

  12. 1 cup 16g / 0.6oz Chopped mixed fresh basil - cilantro

  13. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped fresh parsley

  14. 2 Green onions - (including greens), minced

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and cover chicken with marinade in a bowl or sealable plastic bag.

  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before grilling. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat about 12 minutes per side, or until done. Baste occasionally with marinade while cooking.
