  1. 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  2. 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1 3/4 cups milk

  6. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese

  8. 1 6 1/2 or 7 ounce can tuna, drained

  9. 2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento

  10. Patty shells or toast points

  1. Directions In saucepan melt butter or margarine.

  2. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture is thickened and bubbly.

  5. Cook and stir 1 minute more.

  6. Stir in grated cheese.

  7. Cook over low heat till cheese melts, about 1 minute.

  8. Stir in tuna and pimiento; heat through.

  9. Spoon mixture into baked patty shells or over toast points.

  10. Makes 6 servings.
