  1. 11/3 cups French's fried onions

  2. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  3. 1 egg, beaten

  1. Crush onions in plastic bag.

  2. Dip chicken into egg then coat with onion crumbles.

  3. Place chicken on lightly greased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 20 minutes at 400° or until chicken is cooked through.
