  5. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you like)

  6. 4 to 6 frozen boneless chicken breasts, no need to thaw

  7. hot cooked rice

  1. Put all ingredients except rice in Crock Pot. Mix well. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW, or until chicken is cooked through and still tender.

  2. Serve over rice.
