  1. 1 Large bunch scallions - roughly chopped

  2. 3 oz 85g Fresh ginger - peeled, and Roughly chopped

  3. 6 Thyme sprigs - picked

  4. 1 Garlic clove - crushed

  5. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Canola oil

  6. Salt - to taste

  7. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Put scallions, ginger, thyme, and garlic into food processor and chop fine. With the motor running slowly, add the oil. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

  2. This recipe yields 2 1/4 cups.
