  1. handful Tenderstem broccoli florets

  2. 2 tbsp frozen peas , defrosted

  3. 2 tbsp frozen soya beans (edamame), defrosted

  4. 6 cherry tomatoes , halved

  5. 3 radishes , sliced

  6. 2 spring onions , sliced

  7. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  8. 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  9. 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Blanch the tenderstem broccoli florets for 2 minutes then rinse and drain. Toss with the defrosted peas, defrosted soya (edamame) beans, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes and sliced spring onions.

  2. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar then toss together.

  3. Bang bang noodle salad Cook 50g egg noodles until tender then rinse and drain. Put in a bowl with 2 shredded spring onions, a handful of shredded mange tout, 4 baby corn sliced lengthways and a little chopped chilli. Mix 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter with 1 tsp sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce then add enough boiling water to make a dressing. toss everything together.
