  4. 2 x Bread, whole wheat, toasted

  5. 2 T Radishes, finely chopped

  6. 2 T Onion, finely chopped

  7. 2 T Celery, finely chopped

  8. 2 T Green pepper, finely chopped

  9. 1/4 c Carrot, finely chopped

  10. 1 x Red pepper (dash)

  5. , 499mg Sodium, 277mg Potassium Combine first 6 ingredients.

  6. Top each slice of toast with 1/2 cup of vegetable mixture.

  7. Place slices on baking sheet.

  8. In a small saucepan combine cheese, pepper, and 2 Tablespoons water.

  9. Cook and stir till cheese is melted.

  10. Spoon over sandwiches.

  11. Broil 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.

  12. Transfer to serving plates.

  13. Top with sprouts.
