  1. 1/2c Sugar (carmelized)

  2. 3/4c Milk

  3. 1/2c Nuts

  4. 2 1/2c Sugar

  5. 1/2c Butter

  6. 1/4ts Salt

  7. 1/4ts Soda

  8. 1/4ts Vanilla

  1. + Boil milk, sugar, butter, salt and soda.

  2. Add the carmelized sugar to the boiling mixture.

  3. Cook to soft-ball stage.

  4. Cool.

  5. Beat, and add vanilla and nuts.
