  1. 1/2 lb. pork , cut in thin and small pieces

  2. 4 carrots diced qual amount of celery , diced

  3. 1/4 chinese cabage heat

  4. 1cup bean sprouts ( or Bamboo shorts )

  5. 1/2 cupo of mushroms

  6. 1 yaki-dofu (grilled tofu )

  7. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  8. 2 tbsp. brown sugar

  9. 1 onion , sliced

  1. Fry meal and onion Boil carrots and celery together. When almost done, add to meat and onion.

  2. Add 1/4 to 1/2 up of soy sauce , depending on taste, and add brown sugar Just before ready to serve, add the bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, tofu and mushroms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve on boilded rice.
