  1. 6 bratwurst sausages, browned and cut into 1 1/4cm slices

  2. 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

  3. 1 tablespoon dried onion

  4. 1 (400g) tin cut green beans, drained

  5. 1 small red pepper, seeded and chopped

  6. 225g Cheddar cheese, grated

  7. 1 (295g) tin cream of mushroom condensed soup

  8. 150ml water

  1. Place the bratwurst sausages, potatoes, onion, green beans, red pepper, Cheddar cheese, mushroom soup and water into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
