  1. 1 1/2 cups Broccoli , Green Beans, Pearl Onions and Red Peppers, frozen or fresh

  2. 1/4 cup water

  3. 11/3 cups milk

  4. 3/4 pound imitation crabmeat or crabmeat

  5. 2 tablespoons margarine or butter

  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 3/4 teaspoon dried basil

  8. 1 1/2 cups Original Minute Rice

  9. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Bring vegetables and water to boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.

  2. Add milk, crabmeat, margarine, garlic powder and basil. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
