    1. 3/4 cup sugar

    2. 1/2 cup Bisquick

    3. 2 tbsp. margarine

    4. 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)

    5. 2 eggs

    6. 1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)

    7. 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    8. 2 tsp. vanilla

    9. 350 F. Grease

    10. 9 or 10" pie plate. Beat all ingredients with a hand mixer for 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean. (50-55 min.)

    11. Garnish with whipped topping.
