  1. 1 can Del Monte ® Diced Tomatoes with Green Peppers and Onion

  2. 1 can Del Monte ® Whole Kernel Gold and White Corn

  3. 1 can College Inn ® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Chicken Broth

  4. 1-1/2 cups sliced hot links or smoked sausage

  5. 1 cup instant rice , uncooked

  6. hot pepper sauce

  7. cornbread or biscuits

  1. Directions 1. Cook sausage in large saucepan for 4 minutes; drain.

  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, broth and 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Stir in corn and rice; cover and remove from heat.

  3. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with hot pepper sauce and warm cornbread or biscuits, if desired.
