  3. 2 Tbls. lemon juice

  4. 2 Tbls. milk

  5. 2 Tbls. low fat salad dressing

  6. 2 Tbls. green onions, chopped

  7. 1/4 cup parsley, coarsely chopped

  8. Add pepper to taste
