  1. 2tbsp coriander seeds

  2. 2tbsp cumin seeds

  3. 2 red chilies

  4. 1tsp turmeric (2 pieces whole)

  5. 1tsp hing powder

  6. 2tbsp coconut (grated)

  7. 10 curry leaves (dry)

  8. 1tbsp chana dal

  9. 1tbsp fenugreek seeds

  10. 1tbsp black pepper corn

  11. 4 pieces cinnamon sticks

  12. 1 piece black cardamom (big)

  13. 2 pieces green cardamoms

  14. 4 pieces cloves

  15. 2tbsp mustard seeds

  16. 1tbsp rice

  17. 1tbsp urad dal

  1. Put a wok on the stove

  2. Make the wok hot enough

  3. Now put all the ingredients on the wok (except hing powder)

  4. Dry roast them altogether in low flame and keep stirring

  5. Roast them slowly

  6. The red chilies will be turned brown and the turmeric will change color

  7. Roast them for 8-10 minutes until all the ingredients are done remove them in a plate let them become cool

  8. Now put the roasted ingredients in a blender

  9. Put the hing powder now

  10. Now grind them all in a fine powder

  11. Sambhar masala powder is ready
