  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, hing, turmeric and chopped tomatoes, and mix it, and coriander powder, chilly powder, add water, and add Lobia (black eyed pea which has been soaked for 2 hrs and cooked till tender) add chopped coriander leaves, cook for some time and switch off the flame.

  2. Serve this hot with rice, chapatti.
