  1. 2 lb. Ground beef

  2. 1 onion chopped

  3. 3 carrots chopped

  4. 2 28 oz. diced tomatoes

  5. 1 can kidney beans (red)

  6. 2 cans white northern beans

  7. 4 10oz can beef broth

  8. 3 tsp. oregano

  9. 2 tsp. fennel seeds

  10. 2 tsp. pepper

  11. 5 tsp. parsley

  12. 5 cloves of garlic minced

  13. 1 20 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

  14. 8 oz. ditalini pasta

  1. Brown meat with onions add garlic, then add remaining ingredients except pasta. Cook until veggies are tender, add pasta at end.

  2. Pretty close to the soup they serve at Olive Garden!
