  1. 550g cooked chicken breast meat, cut into chunks

  2. 50g mushrooms, sliced

  3. 1 onion, chopped, sauteed in butter

  4. 200g carrots, chopped

  5. 1 1/2 litres chicken stock

  6. 1 teaspoon dried sage

  7. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

  8. 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  9. 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  10. 285g frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

  11. 500g cooked red potatoes, diced

  12. 60g celery, chopped

  13. 2 tablespoons plain flour

  1. Combine chicken, mushrooms, onion, carrots and stock in a large saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in sage, basil, garlic salt, parsley, mixed vegetables, potatoes and celery and cook until heated through. Stir in flour to thicken sauce, then serve.
