  1. 2 lb Chuck Roast, cubed

  2. 1 tsp. Salt

  3. 1/8 tsp. Pepper

  4. 1 large Onion, cut into 8ths

  5. 1 bag Baby Carrots

  6. 1/2 tsp. Celery or Onion Salt

  7. 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

  8. 1 (4 oz) can Mushrooms, Sliced (do not drain)

  9. 2 cans Tomato Soup, condensed

  10. 2 cubes beef bullion, softened

  11. 1 can Rotel Tomatoes

  12. 1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained

  13. 6-8 small Red Potatoes, cubed

  1. Mix all ingredients & divide into 2 1-gallon freezer bags. Seal & Freeze. On the day of: Thaw for 30 minutes or more. Dump into crockpot & Cook on LOW for 6-8 HOURS
