  8. 2 teaspoons sugar

  9. 1 cup low sodium chicken broth

  10. 1 cup low sodium beef broth

  11. 1 sprig fresh thyme (I had to use ground thyme , having no sprigs.)

  12. 1 - 1 1/2 cups water

  13. 1/4 cup dry red wine

  1. Add All Vegetables to bottom of Pot Then Layer with Chuck Roast Add all other Ingredients On Top Of Roast and Over Vegetables Cook on High settings on Crock Pot For 5 -6 Hours...
