  2. 1 cup maple syrup

  3. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  4. 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard

  5. 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary

  6. 6 pork loin chops, about 8 ounces each 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1 tsp. pepper

  8. 4 tbsp. vegetable oil

  1. Combine the syrup, vinegar, mustard and rosemary in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium heat. Simmer the sauce about 10 minutes until reduced to 1 cup. Place 2 tbsp. oil in each of 2 large skillets and heat over medium heat. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Arrange 3 chops in each skillet and cook about 5 minutes per side until browned and almost cooked through. Brush some of the maple sauce over each chop and cook 2 to 3 minutes until glazed. Divide the pork chops between plates, spoon some of the maple glaze over the top and serve.
