  1. 1/2 head cabbage , chopped

  2. 1/4 cup olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon butter

  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  5. 1 lb pork kielbasa , cut on diagonal

  6. salt and pepper

  7. crushed red pepper flakes

  1. Heat oil and butter and fry kielbasa.

  2. Add cabbage and cook till tender.

  3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and crushed red chilies if desired.
