  8. 1 heaping teaspoon chopped fresh sage

  9. pinch ground cayenne pepper

  10. pinch ground nutmeg

  11. 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  12. 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

  13. dash of salt

  14. a few dashes fresh black pepper
