  2. 3 pounds lamb sirloin -- cut in

  3. 1" cubes

  4. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  5. 2 teaspoons salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 1 teaspoon oregano

  1. Place lamb cubes in a glass or ceramic bowl. Pour marinade over lam cubes. Marinate 30 minutes or so. Place 4 to 5 cubes of lamb on individual skewers, reserving marinade.

  2. Grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until done, turning frequently. Baste with the reserved marinade.
