  3. 1 cup milk, boiling

  4. 1/3 cup flour

  5. 1 1/2 squares of chocolate, melted

  6. 1 egg, beaten

  1. Mix sugar, flour, beaten egg and melted chocolate.

  2. Pour in gradually the boiling milk and cook for about 4 minutes or until smooth and thick.

  3. Stir constantly to prevent scorching.

  4. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
