  1. 300 g 3 pcs, dried

  2. 1/2 pc

  3. Salt and Pepper to taste Sauce Mix

  4. 3 tbsp Corn starch

  5. 2 tsp Chopped Basil

  6. 1/2 tsp Salt

  7. 1/4 tsp Chicken Stock

  8. Chicken Bouillon Powder

  9. 1/2 tsp Hot Water

  10. 125 ml

  1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade.

  2. Pan-fry salmon in 2 tbsp oil until done. Drain.

  3. Saute onion in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Stir in chicken stock. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over salmon.
