  1. 1 Tomatoes - drained --

  2. Mashed

  3. 2 Black olives --

  4. Chopped 1 Green onions - chopped

  5. 4 oz 113g Fresh mushrooms - chopped

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar

  7. 1 Diced green chilies --

  8. Drained 1 Tomato sauce

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Olive oil

  10. 10 Garlic - finely diced

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  12. Tortilla chips

  1. Redrain tomatoes, removing as much juice as possible.

  2. Mix with all other ingredients. Allow to chill for several hours to blend flavors.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

  4. Note - will keep for up to two weeks in frig if tightly covered.
