  1. 1 frozen, thawed

  2. 9 inch deep dish pie crust

  3. 2 large eggs, beaten to blend

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

  6. 3/4 cup light corn syrup

  7. 1/2 cup milk

  8. 1/4 cup melted butter

  9. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  10. pinch salt

  11. 3/4 cup quick cooking oats

  12. 1/2 cup flaked coconut

  13. 112 g pecan halves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shell 10 minutes. Combine the eggs and both sugars in a large bowl and beat to blend. Beat in the corn syrup, milk, melted butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in the oats, coconut and pecans. Spread the filling evenly into the crust and bake about 55 to 60 minutes until set. Transfer the pie to a rack and cool completely before serving.
