  1. Chop or shred the chocolate on a grater(dark and white separately).

  2. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Then add all the "dry" ingredients: sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt (and vanilla sugar if you use it.) Mix and make a small hole in the middle.

  3. Mix water, oil, vinegar (and vanilla extract if you use it) in a seperate bowl.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon until a smooth paste. Then add the chocolate and stir once again.

  5. Whisk egg and cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

  6. (Optional) Add white chocolate and mix.

  7. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

  8. Spread batter evenly into a dark muffin cups smeared with grease or lined muffin cups.

  9. At the center of each cake muffins Apply clear.

  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The bright part remains slightly moist.
