  1. 1 tomato (chopped)

  2. 250 gm paneer (grated)

  3. 1 green bell pepper(chopped)

  4. 1 red bell pepper(chopped)

  5. 1 yellow bell pepper(chopped)

  6. 1/3tbsp garlic (crashed)

  7. 1/3tbsp green chili (crashed)

  8. 1/3tbsp ginger (crashed)

  9. 1/2 cup onion (chopped)

  10. 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  11. 1tsp coriander powder

  12. 1tsp cumin powder

  13. 1/2tsp garam masala

  14. 1tbsp garlic red chili chutney

  15. salt as per taste

  16. kitchen king masala 1tsp

  17. 1/2 cup water

  18. 1/2tsp kasoori methi

  19. 2 1/2tbsp oil

  20. 2 cardamom

  21. 4 cloves

  22. 3star anise

  23. 2 cinnamon

  24. cilantro leaves

  1. heating up oil in a pan

  2. put the whole masalas (cloves, cardamoms, star anise and cinnamon) when the oil is hot

  3. when the masals will leaving the aroma add the ginger-garlic-green chili paste

  4. saute altogether for 1 minute

  5. now add the chopped onion

  6. mix altogether well and saute the onions till they become translucent

  7. add the chopped tomato now

  8. mix well and now cover the pan and cook for few minutes on medium flame

  9. cook the tomato till it become mashy and start to leave oil

  10. now add all the powder masalas and garlic red chili chutney

  11. mix altogether well and keep on stirring

  12. cook for 1 minute

  13. add few drops of water and mix it

  14. cook for another minute

  15. now add the grated paneer and mix it well

  16. cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 1-2 minutes

  17. now add the chopped red, yellow and green bell pepper and mix well

  18. cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium flame

  19. when the curry is ready sprinkle some cilantro leaves over it

  20. paneer bhujri is ready to be served with parantha or naan
